Reiloy 高耐磨性螺桿
雙合金螺桿
螺紋區(qū)域是螺桿上所受到壓力最大的地方，其表面的1.5-3mm厚的涂層可以有效的防止磨損和腐蝕。雙合金螺桿通過表面噴涂等離子粉末，并且整個螺桿表面進行離子氮化，同時鍍硬鉻以保護螺桿。
全硬工具鋼螺桿
Reiloy運用PM-HIP合金生產(chǎn)高耐磨性螺桿。由于PM-HIP技術(shù)允許更高的合金含量，因此Reiloy螺桿相對于傳統(tǒng)普通鋼材所生產(chǎn)的螺桿更具有耐磨性。
